Paul Sinatra, CFP®, ChFC®
Paul Sinatra, CFP®, ChFC® is the founder and Principal of Regency Financial Planning, LLC, a fee-only financial planning and Investment Advisory firm serving the metropolitan Atlanta area.

Paul completed the Certified Financial Planner™ professional certification program through Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. Paul earned the right to use the CFP® designation in 2003 after passing the rigorous, comprehensive CFP certification exam and meeting the Board’s stringent experience and continuing education requirements. Paul also earned the advanced Financial Planning designation of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) in 2009 through the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Paul began working in the financial services industry in 1996. Prior to founding Regency Financial Planning, Paul worked as a Client Advisor in the Wealth Management divisions of Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) and Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T). Paul served his clients by helping them navigate through many of the important issues we all face, and assisted them in answering the questions:

  • Am I saving enough for a secure retirement?
  • Do I have the right amount and types of insurance in case something
    happens to me?
  • Are my investments appropriate for me?
  • How much can I safely withdraw from my retirement savings each year?
  • What is the best way to fund our children’s education?

Paul is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) one of the nations leading organizations promoting fee-only, objective financial planning. Paul is also a member of the Garrett planning network.  The Garrett Planning network is an international network of independent fee-only financial planners. Members of the Garrett Planning Network are dedicated to providing competent, objective financial advice to people from all walks of life, on an hourly or as-needed basis. As a Certified Financial Planner™ and member of Garrett, Paul embraces and is required to adhere to the CFP Board’s Code of Ethics, which requires advisors to exercise their best efforts to act in good faith and in the best interest of clients.
